The first few months I worked with him I lost 15lbs and he encouraged me to start yoga that helped with my lower back problems from a car accident I was in. About a year later I did a training session with him again after being out of the gym for six months and during the next few months I encorporated some different moves and eating habits into my routine and lost another 12-15lbs.
